Programme structure
The Master of Industrial Drug Development is a professional master’s programme for working professionals in the pharmaceutical industry.
The programme consists of 60 ECTS divided among compulsory courses, elective courses and a master’s project.
Flexible study
Undertake 2–6 years of part-time study.
Not only are you free to take the courses in whichever order you choose; you can also take them at a pace to suit you.
All courses require some on-campus activity in Copenhagen, Denmark; this ranges from 5 days to 2 weeks.
You are expected to prepare both for each course before the first day of lectures and for the exam, which is held after each course.
Each ECTS credit is equivalent to 27.5 hours of study, which includes preparation, course activity and exam. The total workload of this master’s programme equals one year of full-time university study.
Full-time study is not an option as some courses are available only every second year.
The activities are distributed over 2 to 6 years as part-time study.

Accreditation

The Master of Industrial Drug Development programme was given a positive accreditation by The Danish Accreditation Institution in February 2013.
The Danish Accreditation Institution is member of The European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA).
